Certificates of cancellation of charters of political organizations, 1918.

Secretary of State certificates notify the Attorney General which Cook County political corporations have had their charters cancelled for failure to submit an annual report. Each certificate includes corporation name and location; trustee board member names; notation that no annual report was filed; charter cancellation notice to last known address mailing date; and charter cancellation date.
